In an effort to promote domestic tourism and strengthen the local economy despite challenging political circumstances, the Department of Tourism and Antiquities at An-Najah National University, under the leadership of Dr. Jaafar Abahra, conducted a field tour of Nablus’s Old City.
A number of the department’s students participated in the tour and showcased the city’s historical and cultural landmarks with excellence.
This tour was organized under the auspices of Tourism Development Committee in Nablus Municipality, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and Nablus Chamber of Commerce.
Additionally, several journalists and travel bloggers with social media platforms attended the tour, which contributed to highlighting the city’s tourist sites.
