The Department of Tourism and Antiquities at Nablus University organized on Monday, February 16, 2026, a historical tour of the Old City, under the supervision of Mr. Mazen Abdel Latif, as part of the practical and field program of the courses “Historical and Tourist Routes” and “Tourism in Palestine”.
This activity aims to introduce students to the historical, archaeological, and tourist landmarks that distinguish the Old City, and to raise their awareness of the importance of preserving it.
The coordinators of the program stressed that these practical tours help enhance students’ knowledge of tourism and archaeology, and fostering their connection to Palestinian national identity and cultural heritage.
