The Department of French Language at An-Najah National University hosted the second meeting in a series of training workshops dedicated to French language teachers in public schools. The event took place at the Francophone Resource Center on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in the presence of Ms. Manar Al-Akar, former French Language Supervisor and Director of the Administrative Department at the Directorate of Education – Nablus
The workshop was delivered by Ms. Fatima Le Cours Grand-Maison, Educational Consultant at the Ministry of Education and expert in teaching French as a foreign language, along with Ms. Iman Darraghmeh, French Language Supervisor at the Ministry.
The session focused on presenting and discussing modern methods and approaches in teaching French, as well as practical strategies for implementing them in classrooms to enhance students’ motivation and improve learning outcomes.
These meetings align with the Department’s vision to strengthen partnership with the Ministry of Education and to enhance the quality of French language teaching.
