The Department of Languages and Their Teaching Methods is one of the departments within the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences and is the largest of the faculty’s departments. It includes the Department of Arabic Language and Its Teaching Methods, the Department of English Language and Its Teaching Methods, the French Language Program, and the Language Center.

The department comprises 55 full-time faculty members specializing in literature, criticism, linguistics, translation, and teaching methods across Arabic, Hebrew, English, and French languages.
