The Bachelor’s program in Inclusive and Special Education seeks to instill and achieve the values of justice, equal opportunities, and the attainment of efficiency and productivity among all categories of learners. It aims to promote participation among the community members and to integrate all learners—regardless of their abilities, capacities, needs, or disabilities—with their peers in regular classrooms, encouraging them to learn.

The program envisions a society that embraces all its members, where there is no room for exclusion, discrimination, or marginalization based on individuals’ circumstances or characteristics. In this way, individuals can become productive and active members of Palestinian society regardless of the challenges or obstacles they face.

This goal is achieved through the preparation of qualified teachers in the field of inclusive education, in alignment with the vision of the Ministry of Education, which adopts the principles and policies of inclusive education within the Palestinian educational system.
